In each transaction, we work closely with management to understand their company and the related industry and market dynamics. Once an investment is completed, we offer ongoing support, usually as members of the board. Typically, we work closely with senior management on such issues as financing policy, management recruiting, operating budgets and long-term strategic planning. We also help in identifying and completing complementary follow-on investments. Our professional experiences and network of contacts leave senior management free to focus their own efforts on daily operations.

We believe it is essential to align investor and management interests. Accordingly, our portfolio company managers take part in co-investment and sizable performance-based equity incentive programs. This way, the hard work required becomes a shared effort with a shared reward.
