Tris joined Harvard Private Capital Group, the predecessor to Charlesbank, in 1997. Prior to that, she worked at a family wealth management office and in Price Waterhouse's tax department.
Tris graduated with a BS in accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She is married with two young children. In any spare time that remains, she enjoys training for and competing in triathlons.
