Ashish joined Charlesbank in 2002 from LEK Consulting, a global strategy consulting firm. As a senior associate consultant, he worked on cases in strategy and M&A in the US, UK and Japan. After completing Charlesbank’s associate program in 2005, Ashish left to pursue his MBA. During business school he worked in the commercialization group at Limited Brands. He rejoined the firm in 2007.
Ashish graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Northwestern University, with a BA in applied math and economics. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Born and raised in Chicago, Ashish now lives with his wife in New York City. He enjoys working out, cooking and international travel, and has recently developed a passion for New World wine.
