Mark A. Rosen
Founder and Senior Advisor
Prior to co-founding Charlesbank in 1998, Mark was a managing director of Harvard Private Capital Group, the firm’s predecessor. He joined Harvard Private Capital in 1994. Previously, Mark was a principal of The Conifer Group, a strategy consulting firm, president of Morningside/North America Limited, a private investment company, and a senior partner in the law firm of Hale and Dorr.
A native of Hartford, CT, Mark lives in Boston with his wife. They have four grown children. Mark is active on the boards of a number of nonprofit organizations and enjoys hiking and international travel.
