Charlesbank Capital Partners is pleased to announce the appointments of Joshua N. Beer and Jason W. Pike to Managing Director.

Mr. Beer joined Charlesbank as an Associate in 2003, with a break to obtain an MBA at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, returning in 2008. Mr. Pike also received his MBA from Wharton, in 2005, and joined the firm in 2012, his prior career having included both private equity and distressed credit investing.
