ImageQuix (or the “Company”) is a leading provider of workflow and ecommerce software for high-volume photography studios, primarily serving schools for their annual picture days, sports photos and senior portraits. Its platform is the core operational software used by these studios and is deeply embedded in its customers’ businesses, resulting in a high degree of customer stickiness. The Company digitizes the photographer’s end-to-end workflow, including: photo capture and organization; customization and package creation; and follow-up marketing and payment. With its unique integration of workflow and ecommerce capabilities, ImageQuix has pioneered technological adoption in the industry, especially as photography studios have transitioned to a fully online workflow. We differentiated ourselves during the sale process through our experience in the end-market, deep expertise in scaling enterprise software companies, and ability to provide a high degree of certainty to the seller.
