Caelin joined Charlesbank in 2022 after graduating from business school. Previously, he worked at The Boston Consulting Group in the Boston office, where he focused on commercial due diligence, tech strategy and financial services.
Originally from San Diego, Caelin now lives in Boston with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, reading, skiing and hiking.
