Spencer joined Charlesbank in 2020 from McKinsey & Company where he was a senior business analyst. In that role he focused on setting and executing growth strategy efforts, launching new digital products, and leveraging advanced analytics to optimize the operational performance of industrial clients. Prior to McKinsey & Company, he was the co-founder of SmartMoves Storage.
Spencer resides in his hometown of Atlanta, GA with his wife and dog. He enjoys running, spending time with family, and supporting Chelsea FC and Georgia football.
