Stephanie Lee Weng

Stephanie joined Charlesbank in 2020 from McKinsey & Company, where she spent three years in the New York office’s Strategy & Corporate Finance practice. As an engagement manager, she focused on identifying growth and profitability opportunities for consumer and retail companies, in addition to conducting private equity due diligence.

Originally from Australia but raised in Indonesia, Malaysia, China and Singapore, Stephanie now lives in New York with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys barre, singing and experiencing new wines.
