Lauren Desrosiers
Principal, Investor Relations
Lauren co-leads Charlesbank’s buyout fundraising efforts, playing a central role in driving both the firm’s capital formation strategy and its engagement with a growing base of institutional limited partners worldwide.
During her tenure, she has helped build the investor relations team while significantly expanding the firm’s relationships across new institutional accounts and geographies, including Europe, Latin America and Australia. She is actively involved in shaping strategy, messaging and LP engagement materials, helping articulate Charlesbank’s distinctive middle-market focused investment strategy.
Lauren joined Charlesbank in 2020 from PwC. She began working there as an intern in college, and joined full time in 2016, working most recently as a Senior Associate. In that role she worked on multiple financial service engagements, with a focus on clients in the private equity and broker-dealer industries, including Charlesbank.
