Lauren joined Charlesbank as Chief Compliance Officer & Regulatory Counsel in 2026.
Previously, Lauren served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Polen Capital. Before that, she spent several years at Heitman, ultimately serving in a dual capacity as Head of Compliance and Deputy General Counsel. Her early career entailed compliance and legal roles with several alternative asset managers.

Lauren lives in West Roxbury with her wife, daughter and dog. Outside the office, she loves exploring New England with her family and spending time outdoors, from running to her newfound hobby of gardening.
