Stephanie Paré Sullivan

Stephanie joined Charlesbank in 2016 and until mid-2022 served as Charlesbank’s chief operating officer, general counsel and chief compliance officer, leading Charlesbank’s non-investment business operations, including its legal and compliance work. She was previously at THL Credit, an affiliate of private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners, where she served as managing director and general counsel since 2010. Stephanie began her law career in 1997 as an intern at Goodwin Procter and later became partner in its private equity group.

Stephanie and her husband live with their three children in Dover, MA. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing and learning about architecture. She is a member of the board of the not-for-profit, The Center for Women & Enterprise, and a founding member of the women’s networking group, Chief.
