Camille W. DeLaite

Camille joined Charlesbank in 2018 as an operating partner focused on talent. She partners with the Charlesbank portfolio companies to create value through people, focusing on organizational due diligence, building outstanding leadership teams and developing portfolio-level capabilities to support the portfolio CEOs and executive teams. Camille joined Charlesbank from Green Peak Partners, where she served as a partner working with private equity and corporate clients to develop talent strategies, optimize organizational structures, improve hiring outcomes and develop leadership teams. She previously worked at The Boston Consulting Group, providing strategic and organizational advice to leading Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and public sector agencies. She started her career at Lehman Brothers.

Camille lives in Boston with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, food exploration, theater and the intersection of business and social impact. She is also active in alumni affairs for Columbia College and Harvard Business School.
