Gordon was engaged as an advisory director at Charlesbank in 2021 after more than three decades at PwC. For the last 21 years, he was a partner in their US Deals practice, providing his private equity clients (and their portfolio companies) with commercial, transactional, financial, and accounting advice and assistance across a broad range of industries. Gordon has worked with Charlesbank since its inception, and with its predecessor firm before that.
Gordon is a Massachusetts native now living in Minneapolis, MN with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, engaging in almost any outdoor activity (particularly hiking and backpacking) and following his Boston sports teams.
