Mayur M. Desai

Mayur joined Charlesbank in 2009 and completed the two-year associate program before going on to business school. He then moved to San Francisco, where he was a senior associate at Vector Capital. He returned to the firm in 2015 and joined the Technology Opportunities team in 2019. Earlier in his career, he worked at the Audax Group and Bain & Company.

Mayur currently lives in Boston with his family. He serves on the Advisory Board of YouthConnect, an advocacy and intervention program for at-risk youth that works in partnership with the Boston Police Department and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, running and other outdoor activities.
