Ericka joined Charlesbank in 2019. She previously worked for Cambridge Associates as a senior administrative assistant. Prior to that, Ericka served as an administrative assistant for University of Massachusetts Boston and as a personal banker for Dart Bank.
A resident of Easton, MA, Ericka enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two dogs, as well as traveling and reading.
