Elizabeth J. Noyes

Elizabeth joined Charlesbank from Egon Zehnder in 2022. While there, she worked with public and private equity portfolio companies on their executive search and talent assessment needs. Prior to that, she held talent and general management roles at Wayfair, where she helped scale recruiting and improve the candidate experience as growth accelerated. Previously, Elizabeth spent time in M&A, sales and marketing roles for a private equity-backed hospitality company. Early in her career, she was a consultant with Deloitte.

Elizabeth lives in Chicago and enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, tennis and reading.
