Several years into Charlesbank's hold of Bridges, PRG partnered with the new CEO and leadership team to build a comprehensive Value Creation Plan spanning organic growth, M&A, and platform scaling. PRG helped leadership stress-test a range of growth scenarios across the brand portfolio, prioritize investment in high-potential brands and define the M&A infrastructure – sourcing, diligence and integration playbooks – needed to acquire and scale new brands efficiently. The result: a data-driven roadmap targeting a doubling of the business, giving the leadership team a clear, shared blueprint to rally the organization around and execute against.

Bolstered by a “strategic fact pack” encompassing customer insights, product analysis, profit drivers and potential, this strategy guided alignment on “where to play” and “how to win.”

Immediately following Charlesbank's investment, Ventura and PRG engaged in a "Strong Start" program to accelerate critical value creation levers, including executive team build-out, "day one" revenue and margin growth opportunities, scaling of business development and M&A teams, and early execution on tech investments and new service lines. Early wins from Strong Start have helped Ventura achieve faster organic growth and execute several acquisitions.

In the first few weeks following Charlesbank’s investment, World engaged PRG in a “Strong Start” program to accelerate optimization of critical areas, including Brand, IT and Talent. This included a new brand identity that positioned World beyond insurance, development of a fully integrated, data-enabled operating platform, an organizational strategy, and recruiting for the C-suite.

Early wins from “Strong Start” helped World go on to be one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerages in the U.S.
