Giacomo drives operational improvements and value creation throughout the portfolio companies.
Giacomo joined Charlesbank as an advisory director in 2023. As a generalist, he works alongside the CEOs and C-level teams of portfolio companies to develop and execute value creation plans. Before joining Charlesbank, Giacomo worked as a vice president at Jabil, where he was responsible for supply chain and procurement solutions and services. Prior to that, Giacomo spent 13 years at McKinsey & Company, focusing on large scale business and operations transformations, restructuring and turnarounds, and advanced analytics in the industrials, aerospace & defense, high-tech and media sectors. While at McKinsey, he was chief operating officer, North America, of QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s data and analytics center of excellence.

Originally from Rome, Italy, Giacomo now resides in New York City with his wife and son. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, traveling and following his Rome soccer team.
