Spencer works on the Portfolio Resources team.
Spencer joined Charlesbank in 2020 from McKinsey & Company where he was a Senior Business Analyst. In that role he focused on setting and executing growth strategy efforts, launching new digital products and leveraging advanced analytics to optimize the operational performance of industrial clients. Prior to McKinsey & Company, he was the co-founder of SmartMoves Storage.

Personal
Spencer lives in his hometown of Atlanta, GA, with his wife, son and two dogs. He's an avid sports fan, supporting teams like Chelsea, Georgia football and Atlanta teams (which usually provide at least one good team each season). Recently, he's shifted his focus from watching sports to chasing his son around the house.
