Zorian Rotenberg
Advisory Director , Tech Opportunities
Zorian (aka “Z”) is an advisory director specializing in go-to-market (GTM) strategy. He is responsible for helping with GTM/commercial due diligence and supporting Charlesbank’s technology portfolio companies with faster, capital-efficient revenue growth to increase their enterprise value.
Prior to Charlesbank, Z supported portfolio investments with GTM at M33 Growth, a growth-stage private equity firm, and has over 20 years of experience serving as a CRO and a GTM leader at mid-market software companies including Acronis, Veeam and AppAssure, where he helped drive revenue growth from $20M to $100M+ globally. Z’s career started in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) based in New York, and he was also an associate on the investment team at NeoCarta Ventures.
Zorian lives in Newton, MA with his family, and outside of work he enjoys skiing, tennis, learning golf, traveling, and cheering on the New England Patriots.

They are independent advisors who provide consulting services to Charlesbank, its funds and its portfolio companies at varying levels of engagement.
