In August 2021, Charlesbank partnered with existing shareholder Clearlake Capital Group to make a significant strategic investment in the Company. Charlesbank has been tracking symplr over the last year as the Company has made significant progress toward its goal of becoming the preeminent platform within the HCIT operations and GRC space. Through the investment, symplr will be better able to execute its strategic plans to grow organically and through M&A.
