Brandon J. Lapensohn

Brandon joined Charlesbank in 2021 from Bank of America (BofA), where he worked as an associate in the firm’s Leveraged Finance investment banking division. In this role Brandon worked on numerous debt capital markets transactions, including leveraged loan and high yield bond offerings. During his time at BofA, he also gained experience in leveraged buyouts, buy-side corporate M&A, and the structuring of debt documentation across the capital structure.

Raised in Villanova, PA, Brandon currently resides in New York City. He enjoys cheering on all Philadelphia sports teams and Penn State football, playing sports with friends, and watching Curb Your Enthusiasm.
