Charlesbank Capital Partners’ Jina Moon Named to WSJ Pro Private Equity Women to Watch
Boston & New York – March 9, 2026 – Charlesbank Capital Partners (“Charlesbank”) is pleased to announce that Jina Moon, Principal on the firm’s Investor Relations team, has been named to The Wall Street Journal Pro Private Equity’s Women to Watch list for 2025.
Jina was recognized as a rising star in the Fundraising Professionals category, which highlights leaders who have demonstrated excellence in capital formation, investor partnership and strategic relationship management across the private equity industry.
Jina joined Charlesbank in 2021, quickly becoming a trusted member of the firm’s investor relations team. As Charlesbank’s first dedicated credit-focused fundraiser, she has helped raise more than $4 billion of investable capital across commingled funds, separately managed accounts and co-investments. She has supported three oversubscribed commingled credit funds and is currently leading the firm’s fourth Credit fundraise while helping with the Flagship fundraise as well. Jina also leads coverage for all Asian limited partners.
“Jina’s upbeat attitude and team-first approach are contagious, driving better outcomes for everyone she touches,” said Sandor Hau, Managing Director and President, Credit, at Charlesbank. “She’s the ideal teammate who consistently makes our organization stronger.”
Beyond her core role, Jina helps lead Charlesbank’s support of The Association of Asian American Investment Managers and The Investment Diversity Exchange, serves as a mentor and conference speaker, and regularly hosts investor relations networking events in New York to support junior professionals and women in finance.
Congratulations to all the women honored. See the full list of honorees in this WSJ Pro Private Equity Special Report here.
