Nicole King and Stephanie Lee Named to GrowthCap’s “Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing of 2026”
Boston, MA, June 29, 2026 – Charlesbank Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Nicole King and Stephanie Lee have been named to GrowthCap's "Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing of 2026." Now in its fifth year, the recognition honors a select group of individuals who have demonstrated sustained excellence and notable leadership contributions in growth investing, earning the respect of colleagues, portfolio executives and other industry participants.
Both Nicole and Stephanie have been central to the firm's success – forging deep partnerships with management teams, driving meaningful value creation across the portfolio and contributing to firm-building in ways that extend well beyond their individual deal work. Each is also a consistent advocate and mentor for the next generation of women in private equity, within Charlesbank and across the industry.
Nicole King is a Vice President focusing on technology and technology infrastructure investments. Since joining in 2021 from Goldman Sachs' Private Equity Group, she has been a valued contributor to new opportunity evaluation across the sector. Nicole was integral to Charlesbank's investment in Bridgepointe Technologies from underwriting through exit, working closely with management on strategy and the company's M&A program – a four-year hold that generated strong value creation. Nicole holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Also a Vice President, Stephanie Lee is a member of the Business & Consumer Services investment team, specializing in professional and tech-enabled services. She led the multi-year thematic effort that resulted in Charlesbank's investment in Aprio, one of the fastest-growing accounting and advisory firms in the country, where she currently serves on the board. She has also played a key role in several of the firm's investments, including Accordion Partners and Petra Funds Group. She joined Charlesbank in 2020 from McKinsey & Company and holds a degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
