Charlesbank Investment

In May 2021, Charlesbank partnered with management to acquire joint control of Ivanti alongside existing shareholders Clearlake and TA Associates. Our investment in the company follows from extensive experience investing in horizontal and infrastructure software businesses, and further builds upon our strong history of partnerships with TA Associates and past dialogue with Clearlake. The investment will help Ivanti extend its market-leading position further through product innovation and acquisitions.
