National Surgical Hospitals was formed to acquire, build and operate a chain of short-stay surgical hospitals specializing in orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery and other complex cases. Under our ownership, the chain grew to 15 surgical hospitals and nine ambulatory surgery centers. We exited our investment in 2011.
