Charlesbank Investment

Charlesbank invested in Perspective in 2024, alongside the Company’s management team who remain significant shareholders. The transaction is the result of a multi-year thematic initiative in the UK wealth management market focused on client-centric, advice-focused platforms, which leveraged our deep experience in US wealth management and its registered investment advisor (RIA) segment. We believe that our partnership will enable Perspective to scale its M&A activity, further enhance organic growth, and strategically invest in central operations to continue scaling the platform.
