The company, initially located in Little Rock, AR, had two primary lines of business: IT Resources and IT Solutions. IT Resources provided temporary IT staffing to Fortune 1000, mid-market and emerging-market clients and IT Solutions provided network consulting and design, integration services, help desk solutions and training. The company was bought by a strategic buyer in 2007.
