Sierra joined Charlesbank in 2023, having previously provided administrative support to executives in the power & infrastructure industry. At Charlesbank, she primarily provides support for the Flagship Technology team.
Raised in Boston, Sierra lives in Roslindale with her partner, son and dog. In her leisure time, she enjoys dancing, organizing family events and going for walks in nature.
