Alex joined Charlesbank in 2025 as a member of the Portfolio Resources Group. He works closely with portfolio leadership to drive value creation, operational improvements, strategic growth and transformation.
Prior to joining Charlesbank, Alex was part of the portfolio operations team at two healthcare and tech-focused PE firms. Alex began his career in management consulting.

Alex lives in the Greater Boston area. His interests include skiing, soccer, kayaking and travel. He is an avid fan of Real Madrid.
