Allison joined Charlesbank in 2026 from McKinsey & Company, where she was a Senior Business Analyst. Prior to McKinsey, Allison interned at Bridgewater Associates and Global Infrastructure Partners, following a summer scholar program with Girls Who Invest.

Personal
Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Allison was first clarinet in Pennsylvania’s All-State Band and received a Congressional Award Gold Medal for community service. She now lives in New York City. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on Philly sports teams, painting and playing the piano and clarinet.
