Allison joined Charlesbank in 2026 from McKinsey & Company, where she was a Senior Business Analyst. Prior to McKinsey, Allison interned at Bridgewater Associates and Global Infrastructure Partners, following a summer scholar program with Girls Who Invest.

Personal
Originally from the Philadelphia suburbs, Allison was a first-chair clarinetist in Pennsylvania’s All-State Band and earned the Congressional Award Gold Medal in recognition of her community service. She now lives in New York City, where she continues to enjoy cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, painting and playing the piano and clarinet.
