Javi joined Charlesbank in 2023 from Citigroup, where he worked as an investment banking analyst in their consumer & retail team. While there, he was responsible for advising clients on M&A and capital raising strategy.
Raised in San Antonio, Texas, Javi currently lives in New York City. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, watching sports and traveling.
