Dani is Charlesbank’s Director of Human Resources, where she leads strategic planning and execution of HR operations across compensation, benefits, performance management and compliance. She also supports talent management for our Operations team.
Dani joined Charlesbank in 2026 from Bain Capital, where she served as a Director of Talent Management. Prior to Bain, she spent seven years at Definitive Healthcare as Director of Human Resources, overseeing a broad range of HR functions and leading multiple teams.

Dani lives in Reading, MA, with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys podcasts, reading and creative DIY projects. She loves traveling both to her favorite spots around New England and to new destinations whenever possible.
