Douglas Lajoie

Doug joined Charlesbank’s legal and compliance department in 2026. He previously served as an Associate in the Private Capital Transactions group at Ropes & Gray LLP, where he represented private equity firms and strategic investors in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and divestitures across a broad range of industries. Before law school, he worked as a Client Advisor at a private wealth management firm in Boston.
