Henry joined Charlesbank in 2026 from H.I.G. Capital, where he focused on investing in tech and tech-enabled services. Prior to H.I.G., he was a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he worked primarily with the Principal Investors and Private Equity practice.

Originally from Massachusetts, Henry now lives in Boston’s South End after having lived in Jordan, Virginia, Wyoming and Dubai. Henry enjoys flying planes, scuba diving and skiing.
