Joe joined Charlesbank's Flagship team* in 2022 from William Blair & Company. He began working at William Blair as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst during college and joined their Industrials group full-time following graduation in 2020.

Raised in Columbus, OH, Joe is still an ardent defender of the Midwest despite now living with his wife in Brooklyn. Outside of the office, Joe enjoys trying new recipes, working out and rooting (unsuccessfully) for the Bengals and Reds.
