Leah joined Charlesbank in 2022 from McKinsey & Company in New York, where she was a business analyst supporting development of her clients’ products and business strategy. Prior to that, she worked at Oliver Wyman as a senior consultant.
Raised in Boston, Leah now lives in New York City. In her free time, she enjoys baking, yoga and reading.
