Molly Manuel
Associate, Capital Markets
Molly assists with capital markets activities at Charlesbank across new and existing platform investments, including leveraged buyouts, add-ons and recapitalizations. Molly joined Charlesbank in 2023, having previously worked at HarbourVest Partners where she was responsible for assisting in the underwriting process and portfolio monitoring of private credit transactions across the capital structure. She began her career at Citigroup as an investment banking analyst.
Raised in the Boston area, Molly now lives in Back Bay. In her leisure time she enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, running and cheering on Boston sports teams. Additionally, Molly is an active volunteer at the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence.
