Joe joined Charlesbank in 2022 and spent his first three years on the Flagship investment team, working on transactions across the Business Services and Healthcare teams. In 2025, he transitioned to Charlesbank’s Portfolio Resources Group, where he supports our portfolio companies in driving equity value creation through various strategic and operational-improvement initiatives. Prior to Charlesbank, Joe was an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair in the Industrial Growth Products group.

Raised in Columbus, OH, Joe is still an ardent defender of the Midwest despite now living with his wife and daughter in Boston. Outside of the office, Joe enjoys trying new recipes, working out and rooting (unsuccessfully) for the Bengals and Reds.
