Joshua Klevens

Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer

Josh oversees the general management of the firm, guiding non-investment operations, including Finance, Legal, Human Resources and Information Technology.

Josh joined Charlesbank's investment team in 2005 and in 2022 became the firm’s COO. Prior to joining Charlesbank, he worked on the Bain Capital private equity team and as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

Personal

Josh chairs the Advisory Board of YouthConnect, an advocacy and intervention program for at-risk youth that works in partnership with the Boston Police Department and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston (BGCB). He is also a member of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Trust and an Advisory Board member of The Trustees of Reservations. A native of Manhattan Beach, CA, he lives in Newton, MA, with his wife and three children.
