Matthew joined Charlesbank in 2025 from Mizuho Securities, where he was an Associate in their Healthcare Investment Banking Group. In that role he advised clients on various debt and equity financings. Previously, he was a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in the Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory practice.
