Molly works across all Capital Markets activities at Charlesbank, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and portfolio management.
Molly focuses on strategic debt financings throughout the lifecycle of investments, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize capital structures and position portfolio companies for long-term success. Prior to joining Charlesbank in 2023, Molly worked at HarbourVest Partners, where she specialized in private credit underwriting. She began her career at Citi on the structured finance and securitization team within the Investment Banking division.

Personal
Raised in the Boston area, Molly now lives in Boston’s Back Bay. At Colby College, she competed on the collegiate volleyball team. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, running and quahogging in Rhode Island with her dad, as well as cheering on Boston sports teams with family and friends. She is also an active volunteer with the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence.
