Nicole joined Charlesbank in 2021 from Goldman Sachs, where she was an Associate in the Private Equity Group. In that role, Nicole was involved in evaluating and executing investments across a variety of industries. In 2026, Nicole was included on GrowthCap's "Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing" list, recognizing her leadership and contributions to the growth investing industry.
