Catherine Farrow

Catherine joined Charlesbank in 2024 as the head of human capital. She is responsible for driving Charlesbank’s recruiting, professional development & learning, and culture & engagement. Previously, Catherine worked at Bain & Company as vice president of talent and operations, focusing on building excellent teams to deliver client results, developing talent systems and fostering a strong culture. Prior to serving as a talent leader, Catherine led consulting teams at Bain to deliver strategic and operational advice to clients across sectors. She also spent time in the K-12 education space.

Catherine lives in Boston with her husband and three children. She enjoys cooking, skiing and exploring the city with her family.
