Jerome P. McCluskey

Jerome joined Charlesbank in 2022 to lead Charlesbank’s legal and compliance work. Prior to Charlesbank he was a partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP, where he was also a member of the firm’s Global Leveraged Finance Group, representing Charlesbank on a number of credit investments. At Milbank, Jerome focused his practice on representation of banks and other financial institutions in a wide variety of financing transactions.
A native of Bloomington, Indiana, Jerome now lives with his family in New York City. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, snowboarding, basketball and any other outdoor family activities.
