Rachel joined Charlesbank in 2025 from JP Morgan, where she was an Executive Assistant in the Commercial Banking division. She previously held a similar role at Massachusetts General Hospital as Assistant to the Chief of Cardiac Surgery.

Born and raised in a small town north of Albany, New York, Rachel moved to Boston in 2020 and currently lives in Savin Hill. Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys exploring the city, taking weekend trips to the Cape and spending time with her three nephews.
