Scott joined Charlesbank in 2025 from Life is Good, where he served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Prior to that, he was an Executive Consultant to the Founding Dean & CEO of the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine and an Executive Assistant working in network television.

Scott was born in Atlanta, GA, and now resides in Marblehead, MA. In his spare time he enjoys television, film and listening to music of almost any variety, as well as gardening, hiking and exploring the outdoors with his family.
