Andrew Herbst

Andrew joined Charlesbank in 2023 from LEK Consulting in Chicago, where he was most recently a senior associate consultant. While at LEK, he worked on strategy and private equity due diligence projects in healthcare, industrials and technology.
Raised in South Carolina, Andrew now resides in Boston. In his spare time, he enjoys running, backpacking, reading literary fiction and attending concerts.
