Matt joined Charlesbank in 2022 after three years at LEK Consulting, where he most recently worked as a consultant. While at LEK, he focused on both growth strategy and private equity due diligence projects.
Raised in Albany, NY, Matt resides in South Boston. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, following New York sports, and cycling (including in the Pan-Mass Challenge).
